Live Nation announces relief fund for venues effected by COVID 19 crisis.

Live Nation Crew Nation Relief Fund

International live music company Live Nation has launched a global relief fund campaign to help raise money for music venues and touring crews disrupted by the recent COVID 19 pandemic.

Crew Nation aims to provide financial relief to key workers of the live music industry during this period of uncertainty. Live Nation has donated $5,000,000 at launch with plans to match a further $5,000,000 in donations from artists, fans and industry players.

Crew members are the backbone of the live music industry, and we hope you’ll join us in supporting them through this temporary intermission until we can once again unite millions around the world through the power of live music. Crew Nation is powered by Music Forward Foundation, a charitable 501c3 organization, that will be administering the fund.

While there have been a number of high profile relief funds and donation campaigns established for artists, Crew Fund is one of the only major campaigns looking to assist behind-the-scenes industry workers like roadies and promoters. The fund has seen significant support from some of the music industry’s biggest figures, including Post Malone, Billie Eilish, U2 and Coldplay.
