In the latest of a series of ‘how much noise can we make in this place?’, No Poetry Music sets its sights on The City Arms for a night of fuzzed-out noise, timeless riffs, and zero subtlety as we help set the stage for Cardiff six-piece Waterpistol to pull the trigger on their latest release: Shotgun.

Formed in late 2022 and already carving their own lane, Waterpistol mix 60s rock swagger with 90s shoegaze haze with all the fuzzy edges, dreamy vocals, and the kind of momentum that doesn’t slow down. Their debut single Living in a Dream made it clear they weren’t here to blend in. Shotgun proves it.
